Key Responsibilities

The Application Architect team is a highly specialized group that supports the delivery of the most technically challenging projects our organization is asked to work on. Involve in every cycle of the project delivery process, the Application Architect is responsible to deliver software solutions that will meet the business requirements and program objectives

• Establishing the delivery priorities and timelines with the Business Owners and Product Owners
• Creating and documenting features and stories based on the user requirements, program objectives, and target architecture
• Providing assistance during system design and feature creation sessions with the Product Managers, System Architects, Product Owners, and Business Owners
• Performing Production support
• Creating and maintaining automated test cases
• Supporting the development teams in the delivery of the program epics and features

Critical Qualifications

• Experience in system and application design
• Knowledge of cloud-native applications
• Experience in being a Technical Advisor or Product Owner
• Knowledge of UI automated testing
• Experience in Network Assurance and Production application support

Preferred Qualifications

• Network Service Assurance processes (Fault Management, Incident and Change Management, Event Correlation, Resource Inventory, Performance Management, Automation)
• Scrum Agile and SAFe methodologies
• Capacity to manage numerous complex projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing working environment
• Ability to participate in night production deployments or provide Production support
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
• Atlassian application suite: Jira, Confluence
