Job description

As a technical leader, you are the point of reference for technological issues related to the front-end stack for all tools developed within the Content Creation Technology Group (CCTG) team.

As a technical specialist, you play a key role in the team's success by guiding the technological vision, guaranteeing code quality, and resolving complex technical issues. You are the technological pillar on which the team can rely to achieve its goals.

What you'll be doing

• Manage technical mandates given by the IT Project Manager (CPI) or IT Team Leader (TL) or Technical Architect;- Act as the reference person for the web front-end teams for technical aspects related to our technology stack within CCTG;
• Act as senior programmer and participate in the programming of risky elements;
• Make proposals on technological evolutions and choices related to the front-end technology stack;
• Solve the most complex technical problems;
• Act as a mentor to the Frontend team, helping them to develop their skills and meet technical challenges;
• Reflect on challenging topics of UI/UX improvement, automation, code factorization, API interaction and dialog;
• Advise the Architect and/or CPI, proposing corrective measures where necessary to meet set objectives;
• Participate in performance monitoring in collaboration with the Team Lead;
• Maintain a constant watch on technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

What you bring to the team :

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering or other equivalent training;
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in Web programming, including 2-3 years' experience as a technical lead;
• In-depth knowledge of custom Web application development, with an advanced level of Javascript technology (Vue.js, Node.js, Typescript, SASS, etc.), development tools (git, monorepo, NX, etc.) and Build systems (ci/cd, gitlab-ci, yaml, etc.);
• In-depth knowledge of unit test writing (jest) and end-to-end test writing (cypress, gherkin);
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to collaborate with your peers in the company;
• Be autonomous, resourceful and have a sense of initiative;
• Analytical and detail-oriented;
• A solution-oriented mind, capable of analysis and synthesis;
• A thirst for innovation that drives you to explore and propose new ways of doing things;
• Results-oriented;
• Ability to communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing.
